Good morning everyone,
I would recommend everyone renew their license online before June 30, 2020. You should have received an email from Nick Alderette at the Board office last month concerning this renewal. I renewed my license yesterday. You will have to answer questions during the application process and there is nothing new from last year.
When it asks if you have obtained your CE hours, if you haven't, answer NO. The application process will continue and finish with the payment.
According to the Governor's Executive Orders, those who did not obtain their CE hours will have 6 months after the Executive Orders are lifted to obtain those hours. You WILL HAVE to write a letter stating why you weren't able to get those hours during the current licensing period ending on June 30, 2020. This letter is NOT a part of the online application.
That letter needs to be short and explain that it was from the COVID-19 Public Health Orders.
Mr. Alderette told me today that an email letter would suffice, "An e-mail is acceptable as long as it includes the name, address, phone number, and license number. " Email to: Chiropractic.Board@state.
Stay healthy, safe, and sane!

Thanks for the update, Dr. Pendleton.
